How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and process it if approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any discounts will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Products must be returned by DHL to address in Finland.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only items purchased directly from DivineFairy.com will be accepted. Returned items must be in the same condition that we sent it to you. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange.

What if the item I received is defective/damaged?
If the are defective or damaged, please contact us and we will review your request. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long is the return process?
Processing returns may take up to 7-14 business days. We will email you to confirm once your return is processed.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please note that any packed or shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled. If your order was not yet packed or sent, you are able to cancel your order within 24h you placed your order.
